Diese Seite ist eine rein statische Portfolio-Website. Es gibt kein Kontaktformular, kein Tracking und keine Analyse-Skripte.

2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Seite wird bei Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet der Hosting-Anbieter automatisch technische Daten (u. a. IP-Adresse, Datum/Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Datei, Browsertyp) in Server-Logfiles. Diese Daten sind für den sicheren und stabilen Betrieb der Seite erforderlich (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) und werden nicht mit anderen Datenquellen zusammengeführt.
3. Schriftarten
Alle auf dieser Seite verwendeten Schriftarten sind lokal auf diesem Server hinterlegt (Self-Hosting). Es wird keine Verbindung zu Google Fonts oder einem anderen Schriftarten-Anbieter hergestellt; es werden dabei keine Daten an Dritte übertragen.
4. Videos
Alle auf dieser Seite gezeigten Videos werden als lokale Dateien von diesem Server ausgeliefert (kein YouTube-/Vimeo-Embed). Es findet dabei keine Übertragung von Daten an Video-Drittanbieter statt.
5. Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail
Nehmen Sie per E-Mail Kontakt auf, werden Ihre Angaben (E-Mail-Adresse, ggf. Name und Nachricht) ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage verarbeitet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) und nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung an Dritte weitergegeben. Der E-Mail-Empfang erfolgt über den Dienst Gmail von Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland). Anfragen werden gelöscht, sobald sie erledigt sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen. Wählen Sie im Fenster „Send with“ die Option „Gmail“ oder „Yahoo Mail“, wird der vorausgefüllte Betreff- und Nachrichtentext beim Öffnen der jeweiligen Schreibmaske an die Server von Google Ireland Limited bzw. Yahoo übertragen, auch wenn Sie die E-Mail später nicht absenden. Die Option „Mail app“ öffnet nur Ihr eigenes Mailprogramm; dabei wird nichts übertragen, bevor Sie selbst auf Senden klicken.
5a. Anfrage-Formular
Über das Formular „Send your brief“ können Sie uns eine Projektanfrage schicken. Verarbeitet werden die von Ihnen eingegebenen Angaben (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Marke/Produkt, Links, Beschreibung, Auswahlfelder) sowie technische Daten zur Missbrauchsabwehr (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt). Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Anbahnung eines Vertrags auf Ihre Anfrage). Die Verarbeitung läuft über eine Serverfunktion bei Vercel Inc. (siehe Abschnitt 2). Ihre Anfrage wird per E-Mail über Gmail (Google Ireland Limited) an uns zugestellt; Sie erhalten eine automatische Eingangsbestätigung an die angegebene Adresse. Zusätzlich wird die Anfrage in unserer Projektübersicht bei Notion Labs, Inc. (2300 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA) gespeichert; Notion ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert, ergänzend gelten Standardvertragsklauseln. Zum Schutz vor automatisierten Eingaben nutzt das Formular Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA); Turnstile verarbeitet dafür technische Merkmale Ihres Browsers und die IP-Adresse und ist für den sicheren Betrieb des Formulars erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Anfragen werden gelöscht, sobald sie erledigt sind, spätestens zwölf Monate nach Eingang, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
6. Cookies
Diese Seite setzt keine Cookies und kein Analyse- oder Tracking-Tool ein. Lediglich Cloudflare Turnstile im Anfrage-Formular kann technisch notwendige Daten im Browser ablegen (siehe Abschnitt 5a).
7. Externe Links
Diese Seite verlinkt auf die externen Dienste Google Gmail und Yahoo Mail (Schreibmaske für Ihre E-Mail an uns). Beim Klick auf einen solchen Link verlassen Sie diese Seite; es gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen des jeweiligen Anbieters.
8. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten sowie ein Widerspruchsrecht gegen die Verarbeitung und ein Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit. Wenden Sie sich hierzu an die oben genannte Kontaktadresse. Ihnen steht zudem ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu.

2. Hosting and server log files
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data (including IP address, date/time, requested file, browser type) in server log files. This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
3. Fonts
All fonts used on this site are hosted locally on this server (self-hosted). No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider, and no data is transferred to third parties as a result.
4. Videos
All videos on this site are served as local files from this server (no YouTube/Vimeo embed). No data is transferred to third-party video providers.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your details (email address, and any name or message you provide) are processed solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and are not shared with third parties without your consent. Email is received via Gmail, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Inquiries are deleted once they are resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If you choose “Gmail” or “Yahoo Mail” in the “Send with” window, the prefilled subject and message text is transmitted to the servers of Google Ireland Limited or Yahoo when their compose page opens, even if you never send the email. The “Mail app” option only opens your own email program; nothing is transmitted before you press send yourself.
5a. Brief form
The “Send your brief” form lets you send us a project request. We process the details you enter (name, email address, brand/product, links, description, selections) and technical data used to prevent abuse (IP address, time of submission). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract, taken at your request). Processing runs through a server function at Vercel Inc. (see section 2). Your request is delivered to us by email via Gmail (Google Ireland Limited), and you receive an automatic confirmation at the address you provided. The request is also stored in our project overview at Notion Labs, Inc. (2300 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA); Notion is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses apply in addition. To protect the form against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes technical characteristics of your browser and your IP address; this is necessary for the secure operation of the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Requests are deleted once they are resolved, at the latest twelve months after receipt, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Cookies
This site does not set cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Only Cloudflare Turnstile in the brief form may store strictly necessary data in your browser (see section 5a).
7. External links
This site links to the external services Google Gmail and Yahoo Mail (compose window for your email to us). Clicking such a link takes you away from this site; the respective provider's privacy policy then applies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as a right to object to processing and a right to data portability. Please contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
